Emergency Repairs (Water Ingression)
If you are currently experiencing water ingress at your property take advantage of our emergency call out service. We will visit you within 2 hours, at your property on the day of your enquiry to investigate the cause of the water ingress and carry out a repair or provide temporary roof coverings/repair. We will take you through the payment procedure when you call.
Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access to the property on the day of the emergency call. In most emergency situations if a permanent repair cant be carried out, then a temporary repair will put in place. If we are unable to safely access your roof for Health & Safety reasons then it may not be possible to
carry out any repair. In this situation, Call out service charge still applies.
